Memberships, Subscriptions, and Affiliate Levels.

The lifeblood of any organization that is designed as a common use business such as a fitness club, a country club, or yacht clubs, are membership programs they have in place to create a consistent cash flow to support the facilities, employees, and the expenses required to run that business.

While iMi should be able to operate on solely rental income it would make rental costs extremely high and practically unaffordable. The fluctuation of rental usage throughout the year would make it almost impossible to project revenue for the institute.

Therefore it just makes good business sense to offer regular monthly memberships to create a consistent projectable cash flow for the institute, to help members earn a consistent income when they help us build our membership numbers through the TRS® affiliate program, and to keep rental costs to a minimum per hour.

The memberships basically pay for the costs of the facility, employees, and website, and the rental fee is basically there to pay for the rooms and is also a way to make it fair for those who use the room less to have to pay less for their involvement.

Pricing is a difficult thing when it comes to the institute. But, the main idea is to keep rental costs to a minimum, really more of a way to reserve the rooms, so that people are encouraged to practice more.

The following will be just a way of looking at membership fees, room rental rates, affiliate commission percentages so that members can tailor their membership to their needs.

LIFETIME Affiliate Sponsorships:

Possibly the most powerful aspect of the TRS@ Affiliate program is the fact that once someone is coded to you as a sponsor, that code remains for the lifetime of the memberships. So, whenever a sponsored member purchases affiliate eligible products or services through the TRS® system, the Sponsoring Member Affiliate earns the appropriate commission for life.

*This includes sales of tickets, memberships, and merchandise (will have its own compensation structure) Rentals are not commissionable

Division of proceeds from TRS® Ticket Sales.

  • 20% of the ticket sales price goes to the sponsoring affiliate.
  • 30% of the ticket sales price goes to the hosting venue/organization
  • 30% of the ticket sales price goes to the performance group or artist.
  • 20% of the ticket sales price goes to iMi.

Note: The performance group or artist can earn more than 30% if they are members of iMi TRS® as well and they help promote their own concerts.

Example: Lets say the group is made up of 4 members, 2 of which are members of iMi TRS® system.

If the tickets cost $40, to keep the math simple here is how it would break down for each member of the group.

  • $40 @ 30% = $12 commission for the group
    • $3 per group member.
  • $40 @ 20% = $8 commission for each TRS® members

Thus, non-members would make only $3 per ticket sale, while the TRS@ members would make $11 per ticket sale, for 27.5% of the ticket price for each sponsored member ticket sale they generated.

Keep in mind that Sponsorship happens AUTOMATICALLY when someone purchases any TRS® Affiliate related product for the first time so that whenever someone’s Sponsored affiliate code is used to purchase a TRS@ product or service in the future, that sponsor earns the affiliate commission automatically because their membership number is coded to the sponsor for life.

The purpose of course is to encourage fairness, long term memberships, and make it possible for Members to build their incomes over time. (A sponsored member can only change their sponsor in accordance to the rules of the program.TBA)
