Musiterania's Network of Music Facilities

Musiterania's grand vision is to place facilities in cities and towns all over the world where Musiteranians can go and practice, perform, teach, record, meet and mingle.

There are many facilities in the world to practice, teach, and perform music, but you either have to be a student or professor of a university, be a member of a church, and they all have times when they aren't available for use and you have to ask permission to use them as well as pay a fee to use them.

Musiterania's original mission was to build facilities for musicians who want to have a place to practice without restrictions.

In order to fulfill this mission, Musiterania has rethought the approach to this vast project, and that is to first create a membership in each town and then build the facilities according to the needs of those towns and cities. By owning the buildings, Musiterania becomes a Real Estate Investment venture which will add value in the future to the company's holdings. This benefits the members because with the added value of facility ownership so comes the increased value of Musiterania and the added revenue that Musiterania can create.

Musiterania's goal is to provide members a clean, safe, soundproof, place to be a musician!

By having all kinds of musicians in different stages of life, it makes it possible to grow your musical talents and use them on a regular basis.
